Notable Projects
Over the years, we have been fortunate to collaborate with our partners and clients on significant projects focused on revitalizing infrastructure, delivering gas and water pipelines to previously underserved remote regions.
The Al-Aqra water access initiative was initially conceived in 2010 but faced numerous setbacks due to recurring unrest in the region. However, construction finally commenced in 2023, with the primary objective of delivering water pipelines to approximately 1 million residents residing in the rural areas of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG). The total estimated cost of materials for this project stands at approximately $13,000,000, with $1 million already disbursed within the past two months. Completion of this project is anticipated by the conclusion of 2024.

HANYCO and LMI collaborated to supply a comprehensive range of pipes, including both low and high diameter variants, as well as over 5000 tonnes of fittings, for this substantial project, which held a total value exceeding $6,000,000.
